I’m Felecia Etienne—an MBA, Certified High-Performance, Positive Intelligence Leadership Coach, business owner, and proud mom of three.

But before all of that, I was a corporate executive, burnt out and stuck in a relentless cycle of stress and exhaustion.

I know firsthand how it feels to chase success at the expense of your well-being, trying to juggle it all—career, family, and personal fulfillment—and wondering if it’s even possible to have both.
